Our first task was to over batten and OSB the roof structure in order to provide a vented top layer ready for a rubber roof membrane that also incorporated a gulley system for rain water drain off.
Next we started the massive task of counter battening and cladding the main section of the house, the huge overhang window section at the rear and balcony sections. scaffold, scissor lifts and cherry pickers all came into use during this part of the job.
Inside we started to work on the first fix elements. OSB sub door frames, wc and shower boxings , cinema room stage area and speaker housings .
We then completed the huge task of the internal fit out including bespoke oak doors , floating stairs , bespoke furniture and bar area . Kitchen areas , hardwood flooring and decorative panelling.
We were also tasked with the external decking and tiling system . Using an aluminium decking system we formed front and rear deck areas including seating designs and steps down to a pool area .
